Since that time Hilton have grown to over 500 hotels in cities all over the world and Hilton have 147,667 rooms worldwide. “Be My Guest” is still the gracious and warm way they want for their guests to feel at Hilton hotels and resorts.

Design & Layout

Gillier Group Investments has proposed various concepts for the development of Pacific Harbour. The development will be taking place on 219 acres of FREEHOLD land situated in Pacific Harbour.
We have a combination of well recognized experts in building and civil engineer construction, designers, project managers, landscapers and marketing experts. Gillier Group also has a large advantage over our competitors due to the fact that one of our major partners in this development is globally recognized of having a large travel, leisure and incentive program for marketing and attracting various target markets.

Summary

Gillier Group will develop over time and in stages, four luxury resorts in Pacific Harbour, Fiji. The resorts will range from three to five stars complying with international standards. The development is named “Pacific Palm.” Gillier Group has brought on board or is in negotiation with Royal Meridien Fiji, Intercontinental, Rydges, and Hilton to manage the hotels on their behalf.

Gillier Group will be providing investors with the opportunity to purchase the following: Hotel Rooms, Freehold Lots, Over Water Spa Bungalows, Commercial Properties, Beach Front Mansion Properties or Lagoon Properties. All properties will be developed on 219 acres of freehold land, known to locals as the Waikalou property (Waikalou means Sacred Water in Fijian). Each investor will in actual fact own their own land and do have the right to reside in their chosen property however their investment will not be used to its full potential. Gillier Group projects that the majority of investors will in fact take advantage of our hotel brands that run their property and book the accommodation to desired levels of occupancy. This will ensure the investor receive projected returns from their 50% return from their property. The Royal Meridien Fiji resort has already been sold.

On completion of all stages, the resort will include an amazing Marina, Conference and Boardroom Facilities catering for all SME to Corporate clients, a Business Centre, Retail Centre overlooking the water, Restaurants, Bars, a Nightclub for hotel guests, Swimming Pools-including specialized, unique Kids Pools
Playgrounds, Parks, and a Beauty and Health Spa’s. 1000 Seat Convention Centre and a on the Water Wedding Chapel.

Pacific Palm will be located in Pacific Harbour, a few minutes from the well known Arts Village. A wonderful 18 hole golf course is also a few minutes drive, The Greens South Pacific Fiji Islands Golf Course.
Activities that will soon be made available on Pacific Palm include Fijian events and activities, walking clubs, fishing, scuba diving, boat tours, windsurfing, kayaking, motorized water sports, bicycle rentals, beach volleyball, mini soccer and rugby games, aqua-aerobics and many other sports.

Investors will obtain a Freehold Land Title from Gillier Group and enter into an agreement with Gillier Group to construct one of several property options ranging from Freehold Lots, Hotel Rooms, Over water Spa Bungalows, Beach Front Mansions and Lagoon Mansions (some also with Beach Views.) All of which will be fully furnished with 3-5 star quality depending on your chosen investment. Owners will receive 50% from the chosen investment of the Accommodation Revenue earned Gillier Group has a wide range of marketing tools to have each hotel booked annually. The hotel manager’s will use reasonable endeavors to spread bookings at the resort on a fair and equitable basis among the properties that they are managing, and ensure that occupancy of the properties are rotated evenly so that returns are distributed equitably to all investors.

Investors/owners of Pacific Palm properties are entitled to two weeks personal usage every calendar year, with a minimum stay of four nights per visit. Family, friends or business associates may use the rooms/bures/bungalows during this period provided it is on a non-commercial basis. The first deposit payable by each purchaser is 10% of the Sale Price which may be paid in either Unites States or Fiji currency.

Pacific Palm Marina Resort is intended to operate as a resort accordingly with the purchase of a property, operates primarily as an investment, rather than one that provides personal occupational benefits to investors as its main objective.

Gillier Group Investments has made, or is in the process of making, arrangements with several banks to provide special finance packages to purchasers, subject to the purchaser meeting the bank’s normal credit criteria. A number of financing options are available. Details of these finance packages are available from Gillier Group Investments, however Gillier Group Investments does not guarantee to investors that such banks will lend to any purchaser the finance amounts required and/or at any particular interest rate.

Fiji law requires foreign purchasers to obtain consent from the Reserve Bank of Fiji before taking any significant capital sum or profits out of Fiji. Consent is routinely given to bona fide purchasers who have obtained initial statutory consents to invest in accordance with the Reserve Bank of Fiji’s policy criteria.
Gillier Group Investments will strive to assist the purchaser to obtain such regulatory consents and approvals required to invest in this project.

Tax incentives are available from the Fiji government for approved tourism investments in Fiji. The effect of one of the major incentives is to provide a tax allowance for purchasers to offset against investment income. Gillier Group Investments has received strong support from the Fiji government to assist in making these incentives available to purchasers in this project. The effect of these incentives is to provide tax-free returns to purchasers for a number of years.
